Am claustrophobic & scared of heights!
Had to wear mask in building on 2nd floor (see through floor w/ hand rails to hold over side-> to see around) & 3rd party didn't care about the job to be done!
Co-worker & others worked to clear my mind, loosen my mask, get me off 2nd floor & out of the building to breathe deeply!
No seizure resulted, but my family arrived home to me spread out across the bed, with the fan on High, asleep, unmoving for several hours- as if it had🥴😳☹
No more of that!!!!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Is wearing a mask for long periods of time a trigger?
I feel dizzy and foggy. My head feels pressure.

Yes i have more coming up to my period aswell x

I have grand mile seizures I was born with epilepsy I have screaming ones yelping ones and jerking ones now I can't feel them coming on
