Try an SOS Talisman. All contact details and medication can be noted on the paper inside.. I would recommend buying a stainless steel talisman as the chrome covered talisman wears off after time. I am now a 66 year Epileptic and stainless steel type for over 20 years with the same one and all details of medication are still displayed clearly inside
