After walking my dog, Ozzy which he's a very strong 1. I feel fine afterwards and do things that need to get done. Although it seems every afternoon around 2:00 need to lay down for a time period.

I was talking to my therapist through Phone 📱, when i realize i forgot to take my medicine. i wasn’t sure , so i went to check my pill box and sure there it was . i quickly panicked and took it (Vimpact, Briviact ,clobazam and Clonazepam) i instinctively regret it … but my body felt so off before i realized i had missed it … Now this was at 1:30ish pm . usually i take it at 8:30ish am…. so i automatically messed up my time schedule…. ugh … thoughts/opinions …

when I miss my time to take my meds I have a "1 hour window" to take the dose. If I miss a dose and miss the "1 hour window" then I miss that dose and am not to take the dose. I then move to my next… read more
