How Do You Experience Auras Symptoms?
My seizures have been under control with medication. I’ve not had auras with my seizures. I occasionally have “fuzzy headaches” (atypical headaches) confusion, difficulty speaking (know the word but struggle to say it), physically off balance. I worry they are auras.

Do You Guys Think Certain Foods Trigger Your Seizures
My dad thinks not having enough protein and to much sugar triggers my seizures.
Play it safe by only listening to Dr not opinions of others. Clear mind of fears with real medical

So much has happened i need to vent .
So on September 11th i had to be admitted bc i had a fall in the shower , while rinsing with NO aura NO warning nothing and cut my right eye bruised it just terrible . ( i had been stressing but didn’t think much of it). stitches on side of my eye bruised and was admitted for (5) days. had a CT scan and EEG done.
