I've been on many AED's. Non of them have controlled me 100% from having a spell. I haven't used it yet, but to my opinion, there isn't a lot of side effects compared to AED's. You won't get drunk, intoxicated, or black out. Except for when we actually seizure. Many people who have used medical marijuana claim that it helped them stay seizure free better than AED's .

I have been on 85% of the meds out there . When ever a new medication came on the shelf my dr. Would suggest that I try it out. I've been on so many that I started feeling like a guinea pig . I have been thinking for a long time when medical marijauna became legal in my state that I would do it. I've done research , checked out blog sites and 90% of them were positive . I my self have complex partials too.

Was the marijuana affecting both sides of the brain, damaging it? Damage to my temporal lobe is what I have. I'm thinking marijuana might help.

I do to the fact . That it help`d me make past 25 . That`s when the kind of Epilepsy should of taken me out . Even though I`v maxed out on med`s that should have help`d . Thank`s to Marjiuana I`m still here . I have Grandma , Pitma , and Spooks seizures .... Try to deal with hell I`v been dealing with for 30 years ....

Lincy41 , Marydaley is right . You said , you prefer a more natural way to help your anxiety . What's not any more natural than Marijauna . Most of our meds are synthetic.
For the longest time I taught that marijauna was a drug like LSD, Cocaine, speed and ect. Then the more I started watching my friends smoke it , other than the glossy eyes, I never seen them get drunk, hullucinate, puke, nor did it make them get into an accident. I then started researching the Internet . Looking On many sites for info. I even checked out a few blog sites. The majority of everyone of the web and blog sites were positive .i may not be on medical marijauna yet but when my next appt. comes around I'm going to talk to my dr . About it . With all the meds I've been on , non of them have control my spells.
