If I'm in public I would notice many people giving me a weird stare. When I'm at home or someone's house my family and friends would tell me that I had a spell. The only other way I may know that I seizured , is if I notice clues. So , it I had just got up to do something and I all of the sudden find myself on the floor.

People panic when they can't reach you by telephone, and call neighbors to check on your well-being.

I had deja vu a lot for three years before my first seizure!! Never thought anything of it but turned out these were my auras. Spaced out/panic/deja vu feeling that I get prior to a seizure. And since having surgery I still get auras but thankfully not seizures :)
