i took depekote for a while an found some foods done smiler to me one is rootbeer soda some types of red tomato sauces like paygo in spagette or some pizzas depending how there preped like greasey an types of sauces in them some foods i can an cant eat but just try that hope its helpful

The divalproex ER is the extended release depekote. I was on it for 7 years and I never had that issue, I would put a call in to the doctor and find out if there's anything you can take to counter act it.
