Epilepsy does contribute to me losing my temper over the smallest of things. My meds don't help in that area either! Nor does lack of sleep....
Trying meditation and faith to keep me calm

D Even those without E get the hump so we have a reason to get it more so than others but not worth upsetting ourselves over it really. Hands out smiles to keep for standby

i have never been a person to lose my temper, to be mean for any reason. to get upset over the small things .. Now, dealing with E i have had those anger problem. . i get frustrated easily, get wound up over nothing. get angry and pace. I know im doing it and have learned to walk away, go for a walk or be alone. to do all i can to calm down. i feel it and it is hard to handle, to keep in my own mind i am doing it and have no control for no reason. be sure the people close to you know and have a chance to understand. talk to your docs as well..
