Need Help With Wat Type Of Seizure I Had

Hi looking for advice I was at my work today and one of my Co workers said I was working away then fell against one of our trolleys he said I was confused he said I didn't pass out I did feel disorientated can anybody tell me wat kind of seizure this was

I was standing working and talking to one of my Co workers it was him that was there when it hapnd and he told me

Were you walking around or talking to yourself during the seizure? If so Sounds like my partcial complex seizures. When I come out of one I am lost and confused for a few minutes
