I also use the Apple Watch and software that connects to John Hopkins it also has a seizure tracker and sometimes tells me when I have had a seizure when I do not know!!!
The watch is great.. if I fall it can alert others or call 911 if I want it to. So more than just tracking my seizures and meds it ties into everything

Hello skippyjan! I'm not sure if this will help but if you have an iPad or you may try the Internet to search for different types of seizure diaries that may help you. I searched for some on the application part of the iPad and there are several seizure diaries you can try. Hope you can find the right one for you.

I record mine in a little notebook with the date and time it's sometimes hard when I'm on my own but I have a bit of an idea if there's a gap in what I've been doing
