Obamacare?
Just wondering about your experiences with health insurance since implementation of Obamacare. Has it helped you with coverage and costs? Is it easier to get insurance, subsidized insurance or Medicaid? Can you more reliably get and pay for your mess?
For me - I don't currently qualify for a subsidy, so I pay full price for the premiums. It isn't cheap (just under $700/mo just for myself), but without Obamacare I wouldn't even be able to get insurance because of the epilepsy. And while I pay a… read more
Bra care still needs fixing but it's the best where insurance companies can not drop up you still has insurance if they stop obtaining care people with epilepsy will loose insurance companies do not have to insurance yourself
Obama care is a joke. It is not helping the middle class. By the way, did you know that government officials are exempt from obamacare. If it's so wonderful , why don't they use it?.
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member --- exactly!! It'll be a bit of a problem (again) for some of us. Hard to manage this illness without health coverage.

When Did You Find Out That You Had Your First Seizure Or At Least First Witnessed Seizure? What Brought About The Epilepsy Diagnosis?
