Temporal Lobe Epilepsy And Sleep Paralysis
I have TLE and every now and then I think I am experiencing sleep paralysis ..
Has this happened to anyone else? And what do you suggest I do ?
I have sleep apnia for which I had my settings adjusted more regularly. Before surgery I would wake up due to the seizures and when I did my inpatient EEGs sleeping is when the seizures were detected on both sides
Yes I have. It's the most awful feeling that your trying to wake up but you can't and your body is completely frozen.
