I have somewhat recently developed insomnia. I have not changed any meds. Any suggestions or advice on how to combat the insomnia?

Hi Cora! I get insomnia now and again but never did connect it with epilepsy. Maybe some of our medications are the culprit?

I'm also experiencing insomnia thought it was due to my stress at work. I was prescribed Dormonoct 2mg but doesn't really help I find Normison 20mg helps me to sleep

I agree with you and your post and the other people's posts here, I think it's dif per person and I have a slight case of insomnia as well that has started over a month ago, I am going to talk to my doc about what she suggests about how to handle the situation I have noticed more of and is a concern for, I had a slight bit of of it but didn't think much about it, but it has changed and I am going to see what the doctor can recommend for me and the situation at hand and such etc, and go from there, but I hang in there and try and stay pos, and so can you, my opinion
