Milk Or Dark Chocolate

A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone experienced this? If I eat milk chocolate it makes my seizures worse than eating dark chocolate. For health reasons I should cut down on both and eat more fruit but you know how it is when you have a sweet tooth!

The good thing is that dark chocolate is healthy for us milk chocolate is not as healthy but they all carry the same benefits both of them just dark chocolate has more benefits than the milk chocolate. I have never heard that chocolate can trigger a seizure while the only thing that comes to mind is the sugar levels in your body

Camomile is good for headaches while peppermint is good for an upset stomach.
