Here in Oregon, i have used CBD edibles and oil. They do make a difference, you feel a little happier, you feel good. Not high, but just good. Always make sure the CBD content is higher than the THC content. I take mine in the late afternoon or a few hours before i go to bed. Relaxes me and helps me sleep (sometimes, not all the time)

THCA (non-psychoactive version of THC) is also really good. I made a tincture last year and it's really helpful when I'm losing my shit.

There is a study being conducted in Rochester right now for individuals with epilepsy to find out how effective this treatment is.
