I would like to know if anyone has experienced having a warning before seizure but not experienced it in the past?

I get a strange feeling before my seizure. I feel it in the upper part of my body, it' s weird and hard to explain it.

Absolutely. I had a major seizure 3 years ago and I had a feeling for a couple of minutes beforehand that something was about to happen. I was in a supermarket at the time - not the best place to be!!

I get this really strong Deja Vu feeling. They have told me that is an Aura when it's over I may seiz. When I was younger it was a gimme. I eventually learned that when the Deja started to make sure I was on a soft spot. Grass or bed. Happen in Wally World on their concrete floor...not a good one.
