Removal Of 2 Medicines And Sleep

Because I've been 1 year seizure, anxiety and depression free since surgery, my neurologist removed 2 of my 4 medicines. Tegretol (Epilepsy) and Mirtazaphine (anxiety/depression). Both have tiredness side effects. I've been having trouble sleeping since then. My usual bed time was 9:30, an hour after medications. My sleep doesn't even reach 6 hours anymore. Perhaps meet with your doctor and explain the side effects you are having... Ask him for any suggestions whilst off the medication.

My sleep got a lot better. I decided to push myself more with gym workout.
It's Friday here in Sydney and I'm so excited to sleep.

Thank you team! I researched and tried a couple of steps but didn't work. I got desperate so I took my Mirtazaphine and fell asleep.
I'll call my doctor later and ask what to take or do.

Try taken something with the herb valerian in it like nightall is will help you sleep

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member she removed 2 medications because I've been seizure-free for a year after surgery. She'll be removing all my medications slowly and observe before she says I'm Epilepsy free.
