Apart from not having a seizure what makes a good day a good day?

I can still have a good day even if I Seizure. If I’m having a good time visiting with friends, playing games, going out for entertainment and ect., I’m not going to let my seizures spoil my day after have one or more seizures.

But do have bad days now and then . I may feel down , but I’ll think about the reasons why and then start thinking the days that were good and I would start feeling better and back to my upbeat self.

I just keep reminding myself that I control my life not Epilepsy. It may interfere with my life , but I’m the one who chooses, what I want, do , the directions I go and my fates.

My memory working better than normal, its normally awful and if I have a day clear of brain fog that also helps make for a better day if I can be less tired than normal as well. If I get two of the three that's a really good day and if I get all three then that's an amazing day.
