They are starting me of on 250 od building up to 500 twice a day then slowing bringing me of my caramazepine after 4 months
I went from Keppra to Carbazepine. Neither of them worked. Now on top of taking the maximum dosage of the Carbazepine I'm also taking Briviact. With taking the Briviact for nearly a month, I had my latest seizure on August 23rd 2019. Everyone reacts different to each medication. Always talk to your to your doctor about new medicine. And do your research on the new medicine.
