I have a strong relationship with dreams and feel that this can, at time, happen to me - the confusion between both. Lately, dreams have been intense. I do not know how much it relates to the electrical activity in the brain with seizures - but I am sure it is a very under-studied connection. Recently, I dreamt I had a seizure in my dream and that felt so odd after waking. Since I never see myself actually have a seizure.
