Karen we BOTH take Fycompa (6mg). I also take Carbamazepine (200 mg) . I also take Naps if I have too. Like today I did. I get up at 3 AM stay awake until 5 am. My Bathroom break. We will go back to sleep Karen. If you still tired then take a nap for 1hr Karen. It will help you.

That makes sense. I can't even think straight for a while. But I did find writing to be quite tedious. Either way, to talk or write takes a while for me. At least in a way that makes sense! I thought perhaps just making a memo recording saying something like seizure at 4:00 very rough day, lots of pain. ( Or whatever was going on with you at the moment) best of luck to you! πŸ’œ

I'm sorry but I don't know. It is an excellent idea that you have! Have you ever tried using a voice recorder as a journal? Maybe that might be useful. πŸ’œ
