I am allergic to wheat, dairy, seafood, and protein, which includes milk and cheese. This has caused minor seizures for me in the past but seems to have settled down now I've got older. I'm new on [[treatment:Topiramate:588696466b4dcc553fd2a584]] at the moment so not sure if this would have an effect. My Mom told me in the past I'm going to have the seizures anyway, so enjoy the food I love!

One of my very favorite ways of eating popcorn is to pop it then add
melted butter & then add Grated Parmesan Cheese while still hot so it melts.
also love to use spices like GARLIC, PAPRIKA & Black Pepper

I’ve never had any problems with cheese. I like a lot of different kinds of cheese but I don’t like any of the types of blue cheese. They don’t affect my epilepsy, I just can’t stand the smell or taste! lol 😝
