Marlene. My neurologist told me that it doesn't effect any medications so far. But he did not bring up about causing seizures. May be since I forgot to ask him about that. The way he was talking, it sounds like even if you have epilepsy, it is alright to take the shot.

I'm not sure what you do in your country, before having flu vax there is a questionnaire that has to be filled in. If allergic to eggs cant have it, a couple of other neurological diseases when it comes to epilepsy one of the questions is if you take a couple of drugs cant remember which ones tegretol keeps coming into my mind I don't know whether they wont give it or more precautions.
When anyone has the injection there always has to by law be Adrenalin close by in case anaphylaxis does occur. Not often

I would say with the reactions that UK have mentioned would have been anaphylaxis and EpiPen's were mentioned .
It hasn't been tried and tested long enough at all I really think that these reactions will happen until they can work it out.\
I am very into vaccines because of what I've seen when people don't have it but this one not so sure. it is actually stressing me to the max

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member that is my point. everyone is different. my family has auto immune problems. i have seizures partly because of auto immune and partly because of my kindergarten boosters vax. i can not get any normal vax.
anyway i read a little bit about covid 19 vax. (need more research) but this vax attacks and changes your dna. something about rna attaching to protein.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member ... @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member is right on the nose. i read up all the ingredients for the main vax (chickenpox, hepatitus a & b, flu, hvp, ipv, ect.) and they all contain mercury (better known as thimerosal), formaldehyde, and aluminum... 3 things that will kill you when exposed outside. and gelatin is made from animals (rats, apes, ect.). we do not know what is in this covid 19 vax. how can you take what you don't know about. like i said... more research is needed before i consider taking this vax.

This is too quick to trust for a vaccine/ HELP wilh this disease--> this a TEST/ TRIAL & they need to admit that!
