Fully Favorable
I received a letter from SSDI that the judge is 'fully favorable' about my hearing. Can anyone tell me what to expect? Im not sure what this means, i talked to my lawyer and i dont need to do anything. I had posted this the other day but not thinking i didnt post as a question so sorry for the repeat!
I have general full seizures (unofficially grand mal seizures --- never witnessed by a doctor and thus not official), nocturnal seizures, Focal Onset Aware Seizures (Simple Partial Seizures) and Focal Onset Impaired Awareness Seizures (complex partial seizures). And they are refractory.
JohnDufresne i had the hearing already, my lawyer, myself, a vocational expert, and the judge were present. It was all via phone.
If you have had not previously received a scheduled date for the hearing, then this is simply the judge confirming that he/she is in favor or having the hearing and now a time must be worked out with your lawyer, you, the judge and anyone else who will be testifying at the hearing.
@ Deanna3 i now have sensory seizures. During my eeg's since my surgery there is seizure activity that is shown during these and some other activity also.
I went on disability when I was pregnant. My work got me assigned after having the payments for pregnancy. They got in touch with all my physicians. I have partial complex sz w/ generalized seizures. During the time and review and acceptance to SSDI, I got back pay. I was surprised ! I was grateful, too!
