How Can I Feel Safe When I Have No Idea That I Have Had A Seizure Since I Now Have Mini Space Out Episodes
Sounds like you are having Absence Seizures. I used to have these frequently early on in my diagnosis. They can be scary at first if you don't know what is happening. Mine were usually triggered by flashing lights, dehydration, or focal stress. One thing you can do is keep your electrolytes up by keeping a gatorade handy to sip on. You may want to schedule an eye appointment as well to see if you are experiencing vision changes. Another thing to look at would be your environment around where the seizures happen most frequent. Bad fluorescent and ballast operated lighting is what triggers my seizures. That may be something you want to look into as well.
I get them and I have partial sz. I get little ones daily! They last seconds or longer ones and my memory is not as good but I am sort of aware.
I’m completly aware when I have one but I make sure I live with someone if anything happens. Thankfully I have that option. I know many people don’t have that option. Thank god I don’t have to live with my parents. I’d go out of mind. My father and me are the same person. Not a good thing lol
Absentia seizures? I had to stop roofing because of those. ☹️
I have no idea when they are happening was told that I usually say no out loud and then return to what I was doing
