Epileptics are treated like damaged goods in court, when it is in relation to child custody and their reliability to be able to responsibility be capable to look after children
I’ve been in court for 18months and the only reason I’m still there is because of my active epilepsy and how much danger a nine year old Australian girl may or may not be in. These dangers are fabricated by individuals who want control and the system allows it

Over here in the USA , anyone who has disabilities, Vulnerable adults, and any Neurological disease, disorders syndromes and ect, will not keep the kid or children. Depending on how sever the condition is , will answer whether or not we have parental rights of seeing the child(s).
