Has Anyone Participated In Any Clinical Trials That's Been Helpful For Them?
I participated in two. I forgot the first one. Second one was when Trileptal XR was on the second stage. I got dizziness, sometimes was unable to walk for that reason, less aware and I told the doctor suicide was coming to my head. After Vimpat I always make sure to say something if on a new medication. It helped the seizures to an extent. In 2015 it was discovered that neither tegratal or Trileptal are able to help. I wonder if I get more intense s/e because of the phenobarbital.
Do you know anyone personal to ask or did your doctor tell you possible outcomes. I've called the CDC to know more about trials. Look it up online and see who you can contact.
I have been 4 trials you may recognize the medications. I was on a trial for Tegretol. I was on medication for over 30 years until my blood would not clot. I was on trial for one day. Putting unknown medication and see reaction on EEG. The third one was medication to stop status the best. The last was testing a seizure drug. It was only given a name with digits and letter. It was great. Until my body reacted to it in 3 days.
