I wear mine all the time day and night.

I have a bracelet I never take off. Pretty much been wearing it or a replacement for 30 years. Doctor told me to get one. So if I had an episode & someone found me they would know what there dealing with & no other Doctor will give you anything that could interfere with things you are already taking. I also have a card explaining problem & who I see for disorder in wallet along with a printed list of all medications I am taking. Always better off to be safe than sorry

I wear a necklace all day, home or not, and I also have a medical information card in my wallet. There’s also bracelets.
