Emotional Shifts And Epliepsy?

I have bipolar and my emotional regulation is off because of my brain damage and seizures. Is anyone in a similar situation and does anything help you deal with it and treat it?

My moods go up and down constantly. I’m not sure if it’s due to epilepsy, meditation or my previous TBI.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member if lights bother him or are a trigger use these glasses. Method 7 grow room glasses. They are for greenhouse grow rooms that use LED lights to keep the light from messing with your eyes they help me a lot with my light sensitivity

The research by the VA on TBI is saying that there is a connection between TBI causing epilepsy, anxiety disorders, and depression. Finally the VA is cracking the door so that the general public can participate in research studies on the topic. It’s called COLLABORATIVE CARE FOR ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION IN
POSTTRAUMATIC EPILEPS Unfortunately I did not qualify but if you are interested, check it out.
