Hello All Respected Members, Can Small Un-noticeable Things Can Cause Trigger To Seizures?

Small things like holding urine or walking fast to avoid getting late can cause trigger?

The few examples you mentioned, were forms of stress. Stress causes seizures

Holding it did cause a few seizures but stress and overheating were the big culprits.

Depending on the type you have some people can have really strange triggers. Then on top of that, you may have scenarios where you have focal seizures that on the outside basically just look like sleepwalking. It just depends on what type of epilepsy you have.

What an interesting post. My husband often has a seizure after simple things like this. He appears to get stressed and agitated over things others simply take in their stride.

Stress but I did not know holding urine in could trigger a seizure until recently when I had to have a CT Scan and had to hold in my urine. I had the seizure at the end of the CT Scan and was still holding in the urine. when I woke up from being unconscious. I don't know how I did that.
