I can have the rising stomach feeling before an aura or a seizure. But if I have one by itself, it means that I could go into a seizure at any time (the situation is right).

I got auras before any and all of my seizures. I just got scared for no reason and I started talking or singing and 90% of the time controlled the seizure.

I don't have any warning/ aura at all. I think of auras as a positive because you can sit or lie down to avoid injuries.

I don't have auras. I have had a few focal seizures and knew when the seizure started, knew I was having the seizure (but could not stop the seizure) and when the seizure was ending.
