I will be having my Physical before an appointment with my Neurologist, so I will be having a Blood Level done for one AED. All the rest of what the GP wants will also be done. The other blood levels are the same as before.

I request blood tests when the meds have been increased especially if I notice a change in how my body feels.

The blood tests are to help the Dr. Know, where your medication levels are at. That will let him/her know whether or not your medication dosage needs to be increased or not. May even have to change to a different AED
( Anti Epileptic Drug ) medication..
