I use a weekly pill organizer. It have to take them 3 time a day . Each day has a Morning / Noon/ Night / pill slots. If, I go out, I bring my travel pill box. When any of those pill compartments or pill box is empty , then I know that I took my medicine.

I have had that happen too, I might have a suggestion to you, I have a note app with my meds, and after I get up and then take my meds, I remember to go to the app and take them off, my opinion, it works for me

Leave your pill box out in the open somewhere you can see it where you walk by several times a day. I’ll leave mine on the kitchen counter which I walk by all the time. Drives my wife crazy but it works for me

Set the alarm on your phone. Very irritating but your phone will have a record if you take the tabs and switch off the alarm at the same time. Of course you must have your phone nearby. If you ha ve been engrossed with something else when the alarm sounded and you’re not sure if you have taken your tabs the phone will give you the answer. Of course you need an iPhone or similar.

I have a pill box with a morning, noon, evening, bed slot. I put my meds in there and I’ll take them when it’s time. Later if I don’t remember whether I took one of my doses I look in the box. If the meds are gone that means I took them, if they’re still there I take them.
