With Epilepsy, there isn’t a chance of healing . As time goes by seizures can evolve to another part of the brain. You will still have the original seizure locations . Your seizure patterns can change too.

You could also become seizure free , with medication control or other treatments . That still doesn’t mean, that you no longer have Epilepsy.

You should talk to your Dr. So you get the info you can deal with. Depending on the condition and what types of seizures and how many will have an effect that we all need to deal with later on. I know I will end up in care because my brain is losing its little grey cells all the time. Please make the most of your life and independence while you can.
