What Are Your Warning Signs?

Funny i think i asked this question before but hey, we’re epileptics. WE DON’T R3MEMBER 😫

I mostly get my seizures at night when i sleep, so these are MY Warning signs that a seizure is going to happen that night. Im not talking about the warning signs RIGHT before the seizure happens but the warning signs that day if you get your seizures at night mostly like me.

Before I have a seizure where I pass out or zone out without actually losing consciousness, I almost always have an intense and unpleasant sense of “oh no, not again!”

I dont get warnings. I have Complex Partial Seizures ( unaware of seizures ) the only time I know , is when someone alerts me of my seizures

I certainly can relate. My emotions can jump all over. I remember tearing up at an emotional episode of Young Sheldon once. Just last week something minor at my fishing club had me all upset. I was ranting about it to anyone who would listen.
The recovery is very similar as well. I swear I can feel “things” reconnecting. They just don’t all connect for a couple days. I picture little electrical explosions saying Nope try again next time you wake up.
