I think that it's a combo of stuff, but i learned to accept and handle as I do with them happening, it differs per person I think.

Those are psychogenic triggers. Deep breathing exercises will help reduce anxiety, mindfullness techniquesfor the negwtive moods, as well as, grounding techniques. Also, muscle relaxers and anxiety medications can help too.

I had a few random sudden anxiety attacks a few years ago then when I had my last year It just so happened I also had anxiety before it happened.
