If I’m very confused, I keep away from the group, until my head clearss

I am really terrified of human contact.
I can't stop shaking. I am seeing a counsellor but the techniques of looking at your breathing don't help.
I have to go to our son's wedding this year and I have no idea how I will manage it at all.

I feel that way a lot unless a friend knows me plus few family members understand my epilepsy symptoms. Only one who knows is my sister.

Initially, after the stroke and for several years and several instances. I had a lot of anxiety and indecisiveness. I was always fear that I would have a seizure if I experience too much stress. I didn't recognize in the beginning that stress played a major factor in having a seizure. Now I realize that I was correct. My instinct told me what to do because mentally, my mind was not able to make quick decisions.

I don't stop being me because of a mistake that is not my fault, and it's a medical one, no my opinion
