I'm ok with what I'm on now. I've only been on Keppra for a few months though. They just want to do a repeat eeg the same as what I had last year just to see how well it's working.

Dave7 I take those 2 along with vimpat. Seizure free for 2yrs 2 months

I'm on Lamotrigine 400mg am & 300mg pm, MD adjusted it down in the fall. I'm doing good with that. It's nice to be where I'm at, after being overdosed in the past.

I hate how my medications give me uncontrollable repetitive eye movements

The best drug for me at this time is Xcopri. I am 300 mg. I was 6 months controlled. I started to get confused the nurse Practioner and Epileptologist at UCSF are great ! The VNS was put back on and it lessens my sz a lot ! My memory is not as good. I have a nursing assistant in afternoon. She drives me everywhere! Makes me lay down a lot when I start sounding confused! Less ER visits!
