Please can people comment what they would like me to speak about or give my opinion on. That’d be a massive help to me. Thanks and i hope everyone is doing well and staying positive.

I alway start with explaining the basics about Epilepsy. Depending on the persons interest and questions, I could start going on. Deeper subjgect.

1 Explain the basics about Epilepsy.
2. Talk about things that may happen if the Epilepsy is not treated
3. Talk about the plus and minuses of medications , brain surgery, and other alternative treatments..
4. Talk about the challenges, living with Epilepsy.
5. If you have experienced both Neurologist and Epileptologists , you can explain the the differences and similarities between the two. Through your experience, which specialist is better

I could come up with more subjects . But I’ll stop here.

I keep safe zones in every room of my home. I have aura before siezure so I lay down on floor and try to relax. My dog alerts me to lay down too! Safe zones are places where nothing can fall on you or you can't knock anything over. Less in home is best as I am more clumsy than before siezure disorder. After siezure I rest keep hydrated at all times and take RX as prescribed. I write in my journals about all siezures and auras and take journals to MDs. I respect the fact that I must be careful not to hurt myself or anyone else. I do not drive cook or swim . I live alone with my Siezure Alert Response Service Dog with an alert button she will push on command or if she senses siezure. I pray consistently for all who suffer disabling diseases. I thank GOD for EACH MOMENT and enjoy each moment!🙏🏻✌️🌎 ❤️☝️🎶🎵👣🐾🐾
