I write a diary everyday morning and evening to keep track of the medications i take and the dosage of each medication. When to stop is up to you. I stopped twice and each time a seizure took place and i had no record of taking my meds or whether i had something in diet that may have triggered it i was supposed to avoid. So, i keep a diary.

I don’t write down a daily diary but I do keep notes on the days of a seizure, with the time it started and ended, how many I had, if I am or close to getting my monthly period, or any other possible trigger

I don’t have a diary that I write in everyday about my Epilepsy , but I do have a calendar I use to record my seizure activities, after having one.
