I write a diary everyday morning and evening to keep track of the medications i take and the dosage of each medication. When to stop is up to you. I stopped twice and each time a seizure took place and i had no record of taking my meds or whether i had something in diet that may have triggered it i was supposed to avoid. So, i keep a diary.

I don’t write down a daily diary but I do keep notes on the days of a seizure, with the time it started and ended, how many I had, if I am or close to getting my monthly period, or any other possible trigger

I keep note of my seizures & body's actions daily--> started years ago when I would keep track of my period monthly & made notes

I did this for almost 12 months last year but I'm not at the moment because I couldn't give exact times or clear enough information about seizures. It wasn't all bad though as it did get me a repeat 3 day Video eeg which is what I was hoping they would do.
