Does A “Good Cry” Make You Feel Better? Or Worse?
I feel better. Once I’ve settled down! I read that crying produces endorphins that improve your mood. Having had my share of tears, I believe I’ve bumped into my share of calming endorphins. Really!
I can not cry. Even after my Mother 's death I cannot cry. I saw my Primary Care MD Monday. I asked him. He said " You had a severe Traumatic Brain Injury 7-2012 and Epilepsy started 2024. Your brain has been finding new pathways for years. You will cry. You look great keep doing the same things and I will see you in 3 months.🤗" No one expected me to live after brain injury 7-2012. Now celebrating 12 years recovery in July! GOD IS GREAT! I had prayer chains going around the world for me. GOD HAS BLESSED ME! If Epilepsy is the worst I have, I have it made!❤️☝️💤💤
Isting to good music calms me down & smoking weed.
I am exercising, and that creates Endorphins as well. Exercises are also good for your mind.
I like "Drive on" that is what I do. In Texas when I was younger we said
"Keep on truckin" Moved from tornado alley,North Central Texas,
to hurricane alley, North West Panhandle of Florida 18 years ago!
I am putting the "pedal to the medal" now! LOL ENJOY EACH MOMENT 🌞
I consider myself a strong person not only in my mind but also physically I’m retired military and also retired police officer crying is out for me the problem will still be there yes I’m angry about my condition but we have to deal with it the only thing I have changed in my life is eating healthy and avoiding stress otherwise I’m the same person just made changes to make my lifestyle and drive on
