When it comes to medications and time changes do you bounce back and forth or ignore the time change in regards to keeping your meds steady ?

A trivia question. Who suggested day light savings time?

I don't change my daily routine because of time change, but occasionally I will pay for that. This year, for instance! One day after the time change I had a seizure in my sleep, woke up early and went running at 3:00 in the morning.😟

I go with the time change. Did the same thing when on a road trip last summer when time changed by going to another state

To answer Your question I don’t make any changes. I take my medication at the regular times I always have. Of course if You are concerned about this just call ☎️ Your Dr. and get their directions.
