Can An Ear Infection Have An Effect On Seizures?

I have an ear infection and lately have been having more seizures. do you think there could be a connection?

Vince: You bet, an infection like that can influence your seizures. Any kind of CHANGE will do it (changing time zones, places of residence, diet, preferred form of alcohol to drink socially, you name it). And if you think about it, an ear infection can possibly be a real "shake" in things. Just keep cool, stay mellow, don't let it get to you so much. You should be okay. Regards, Jake

Ear infections for most cause stress/anxiety. I know when I get sick my stress level goes higher. So I say yes if one of your triggers for seizures is stress.
