Mine last an entire day. I can go about my business looking fine but I do not remember anything of the day. Only people close to me know how what to look out for.

Have you checked to see if your seizure meds side effects may have started Tinnitus?

I also have absences how ever I haven't had tightness with mine

I suffer with abscesses as well. While my abscesses are typically very pleasant when come out of them, I am lost for a bit. One time I found myself in the kitchen and didn't know what I was doing in there....
