Do You Ever Get Exhausted From Interacting With People, And Need Some Time Alone To Re-energize?

7pm every night my iPhone gets placed on "Do Not Disturb" mode so unless a person is placed on my emergency contacts I will not hear from them until 7am the next day. This is how I recharge myself daily from running errands, doing business matters, taking care of family, and so forth. The Do Not Disturb is set for these times seven days a week and what I have found very beneficial is I can go into the DND setting on the iPhone and change those hours to whatever is needed.

Even the most important way to know how to be alone can be a great recharge for your body

I feel edgy with the keppra. so I pray a lot that i will not react when with people. otherwise, i do need alone time to rest every day. I give myself permission to rest.

I spend so much time alone that conversation does wear me out. I do need to take time out in the middle of the day and get some rest or I will get a horrendous headache.

Thanks, Sean. I believe that, for me anyway, it feeds on itself. The more I’m around a lot of people, the more tired I get. The more tired I get, the more my brain starts to malfunction and the more likely I am to have a seizure.
