music has been my only one so far - like almost instant. haven't had reactions to anything else yet

As far as sound goes, binaural beats, will trigger a seizure for me.

Sounds an visuall effects are common in the beginning of a Seizure. It depends on the person.

I know my seizures went from hour's in my youth to about 45 seconds a episode now

I love hiking! My arthritis slows me done, now asthma , . Sz They R so short. My dog tugs me and the Sz is seconds. I was told to have someone w/ me. Some friends we laugh and talk. The nursing asst darts ahead! I much rather have friends!
