Some weight gain
My eye doctor checks me twice a year because of another genetic problem, NF1. He knows what to look for because of the problems epilepsy and NF1 can bring me.
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member Sometimes they try to plan for the mix of meds. Like adding a second med because they know how it acts on its own, and how it usually acts when mixed with the first, yeah. I agree with what you said. Sometimes a person has unexpected reactions. I had very drastic reactions to some of the meds I took, and they were so rare that my doctor didn't even know about them without additional research into them. As in like 1 other person ever experienced it during trials kind of rare. So they try to plan mixed reactions, or individual ones, but it doesn't always work out. We actually thought I was the first, like a weird allergic reaction.
