I can’t feel my right arm. It takes about a week to recover. My right hand is where my seizures always start. Plus my right arm and hand are very weak to begin with.

MargeryHarrop , It was around four years ago when I had experienced this. I couldn’t move my legs or my abdomen are for about 3 hrs. It scared me in a big way. That being said I to this day wonder if I should have myself fitted for a wheelchair so if this does hit me again I’ll have a way to get around while my body recovers from the paralysis.

You do know what happened a seizure so body needs time to recover from it. Todd's paralysis common after seizures-may take 30 minutes before body gets back to normal but it will. For me its speech thats affected more. Of course tell Dr. but remind self why to help ease mind bout.
