As For Your Doc, Do They Use Alot Of The Medical Terminology With You, Or Put It To You In Simple Terms? Just Curious
I ask about this ❓ here etc because I look up online and do some research and such etc, and there are many different terms the condition and meds, treatment names, etc , some of the stuff I get after been introduced to, but then there's some other stuff I haven't a clue about, unless it is explained to me or put into plain English or something I understand, nothing against the medical field etc but what are your thoughts about this ❓
I transfer it to simple words since there are an extreme number of medical words that are unknown by most not in the medical field. If I don't know what it is I ask my doctor and he'll give me a good easily understood definition.
That's why any1 should never hesitate to ask Dr. what they meant. I never do, as well if needed to write it down for you. I had to when something was wrong with right foot, needed to hear a easier definition to understand.
My epilepsy specialist is very clear when we have our meetings. Since I have been an advocate for epilepsy I've been learning the various terms for years so I can understand the conversation and I also ask a lot of questions during it just for clarification.
Mine has used both she is great at explaining things.
My Dr. explains everything thoroughly and in detail so that I can understand all that Latin.
