Aren't all AED meds meant to be dissolving?

I had many different issues with the many medicines. Some made my hair fall out. Some made me lose my nails. The only way they know there are issues is for you to speak up. This changed everything for me. I am now seizure-free with my surgery because I have been speaking up. The medicine gives everyone different side-effects. The Vimpat can take your nails away if you get the effect. The doctors only realize you have a problem when you speak to them. Never give up.

I have epilepsy since 1973 and I have been on 12 different medications counting the ones I take now in 1994 I had a Dr. ask me if I wanted to try the VNS and I said no I was check on it about a month ago and read it didn't get approved till 1997.I have thought about asking the Dr.but I thought it over and decide that I am getting too old for change,so maybe taken off one or two and adding a new one, maybe.

Mass produced medications require regular monitoring to keep your levels correct. At least once a month is what I’ve discovered. Especially after opening a new bottle. Levels also rise and fall based on your daily stress levels and diet. Talk to your neurologist and come up with a plan for how much you will raise or lower your dose based on lab results. To low equals seizures to high equals increased side effects from drug toxicity. Regular monitoring helps you determine where you need your levels to be. Seizure meds are not a just take what’s known to work best for most medication they require constant monitoring and adjustment

It's dif per person, and no I haven't had that happen, my opinion I would suggest asking your doc about that though as for the question here your asking about. You can get people's input on here but that is my suggestion for the question here.
